Shipping Information
Physical Items
All physical upgrade items — including the Care Kit and the Creator-Signed Card — are shipped in the same parcel as your purchased product.
No separate shipment will be sent for these items.
Digital Items (Video Greeting)
Your exclusive video greeting is delivered digitally:
- A secure link will be sent to the email used during checkout once your order is confirmed.
- The same video link will also appear in your Account → Notifications section on our website.
- No physical media (USB, CD, etc.) will be included in the package.
Delivery & Processing Time
Physical upgrade items follow the same delivery timeline as your main product.
Video greetings are typically delivered within minutes of successful payment.
In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Physical Items
Physical upgrade items (Care Kit, signed card, etc.) may be eligible for return only if the entire order is returned according to our standard Return Policy.
Digital Video Greeting
The video greeting is a non-refundable digital product because:
- It is personalized and delivered instantly.
- Access cannot be revoked once the link is sent.
- Refunds will not be issued for digital items under any circumstances.
Important Notes
- The signed card and video greeting always match the same creator for that month’s bundle.
- Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.
- If you do not receive the video link within 24 hours, contact Customer Support and include your order number.
