Eligibility

• Unopened, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
• Opened or used items are not eligible for return. Any such items received will be disposed of and no refund or reshipment will be issued.
• Please contact us first (see the Contact Us page) before sending any return.

A Service Number is required. We cannot accept or process returns that arrive without the Service Number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Make sure you contact us for an RMA number to return unopened merchandise before you send the item(s) back to us. We cannot accept returned merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package!

Defective or incorrect item(s):

If an item is defective or not the product you ordered, email customerservice@zoneforfans.com within 90 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos so we can verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at our expense. We do not need the incorrect/defective item returned. 

*** After 90 days, we cannot replace or refund defective/incorrect items. ***

Unopened item(s):

For refunds on unopened items, contact us to obtain an RMA number. Return shipping costs are not covered by Zone For Fans. After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price (less the original shipping fee) to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days from our receipt to process the return.
