At Zone For Fans, we ship quickly, discreetly, and reliably across the United States. The details below cover processing times, shipping options, fees, tracking, and restrictions.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
At checkout you can choose from multiple speeds. Estimated transit times begin after your order ships and exclude weekends/holidays:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
We ship to U.S. addresses only; international shipping is not available.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, method, and package weight/size. From time to time we offer free standard ground shipping on qualifying orders (e.g., subtotal $99+ before tax and shipping).
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. The sender may appear as “ZFF” on the label. We may require a signature on higher-value shipments.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to show movement.
Shipping Restrictions
- Service is U.S.-only; some states or jurisdictions may be restricted by law or our age-verification policy.
- P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may require USPS services; certain items may not be eligible for delivery to these addresses.
- Carriers and methods available at checkout may vary by destination.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly so we can assist.
- We will open a carrier claim as needed.
- Once the claim is approved, we will send a replacement (or issue a resolution consistent with the claim).
- We may request photos of the packaging and item to expedite the process.
